Dear Parents and Guardians,
Beginning Monday 12, 2025, registration for the 2025–2026 school year can be completed in PowerSchool using one of the two methods listed below. Please make sure to submit your registration no later than Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

Follow https://archd.powerschool.com/public and log in to PowerSchool by entering your username and password.

Touch More in the lower-right corner.
Touch Forms to complete this year’s registration forms.
Registration will need to be completed for all students separately, and some registration forms can be submitted for all students at once. After accessing PowerSchool from the Public Portal or from the App, accessing the “Forms” options will allow you to complete the registration process.
There will be up to four sections of forms to review, and it is important that all forms are completed in each section.
New Students Only - This form provides instructions for completing the Home Language Survey (HLS), which only needs to be completed once.
School-Specific - These forms are specific to your student’s school and grade level.
Review & Update - These forms have already been completed in past years but should be reviewed to ensure accurate information is on file with the school.
Required - These forms must be completed each school year.

Contacts/Emergency/Pick-Up
It is important to keep all parent/guardian and emergency contact information current. Mailing lists and school communications are generated based on the details provided in the Student Contacts section of your PowerSchool form. Please ensure all contact information is accurate, complete, and listed in the correct order of priority. We recommend listing at least two parents/guardians and at least one emergency contact.
Please note: Only the individuals listed in PowerSchool under Pick Up will be authorized to pick up your child from school. This information can only be edited by the parent/guardian within Powerschool.
Apptegy Alerts
St. Francis Catholic School uses a communication platform called Apptegy to send alerts to parents and families. Contact information is updated nightly from PowerSchool. Alerts are delivered to the family’s primary phone number and to each parent/guardian’s cell phone (if provided). Emails and other alerts are sent to the first two contacts listed in the Student Contacts section- Parents, Guardians, and Emergency Contacts.
Apptegy messages may be sent through the following channels:
Phone Calls – Sent to parents/guardians (first two contacts listed) of enrolled students
Emails – Sent to parents/guardians (first two contacts listed) of enrolled students
Text Messages (SMS) – Sent to parents/guardians (first two contacts listed) of enrolled students
App Push Notifications – Available to families and community members who download our mobile app (available for Android and iPhone). Phone calls from Apptegy will appear as 1-501-712-2633, while text messages will come from 98900. Not every alert will use all available communication methods; the method(s) used will depend on the type of message and the discretion of the sender.
